Neil and Adrian studied martial arts from about age 8, starting with Judo, moving
to Shotokan (or Shotogan) Karate when they realised they were so tall that they
were easy to take down. They moved from that into loads of little bits of other
MAs, Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do e.t.c. They used to present/work in an English tv show called 'Better Homes.' They were even called 'the twins' then, and basically knocked lots of walls down and then made the house look pretty again.
They are also 'mirror' twins. Meaning that they naturally mirror each other if they do something together, as opposed to the normal idea of twins doing everything the same. For example, they both enjoy windsurfing, and if one turns left the other, without thinking about it, turns right.
Another bit of scary twin info. One (I think it was Neil) got appendicitis when Adrian was on an activity trip with school (archery, rock climbing e.t.c.) Adrian started to get really bad stomach pains whilst Neil was being rushed to hospital. The appendix was taken out, and Neil's stomach pains stopped... creepy.
