MTV LOOKING FOR MATRIX OBSESSED

I received an email from Jennifer White from MTV Networks. She told me they're producing a new show called "Totally Obsessed". The show will feature people with unique hobbies, collections, interests and obsessions. The best part is that there will be a section on the biggest Matrix fan!

So my question to you is: Are you totally obsessed with the Matrix. Do you see green code when you eat a piece of pie? Almost got yourself killed thinking you could dodge bullets? Spent all your hard earned cash on Matrix coats and sunglasses? Read every philosophy book that inspired/was inspired by the Matrix? You get the point...

Mail your story to Jennifer White from MTV Networks: <Jennifer.white@vh1staff.com>

So I guess I'll see you on the show then...

NEW MATRIX ONLINE TRAILER
Source: <The Matrix Online>

The official site for The Matrix Online released a new trailer for the Matrix Online. The 2 minute and 43 seconds long trailer is available in four sizes (the largest file waying in at around 24 MB) and contains mostly snapshots of gameplay footage accompanied with Burly Brawl music. It's definitely worth taking a look.

The release date is still set for November this year.

CG MAGAZINE TAKES A LOOK AT MXO
Source: <Computer Games Magazine>

Computer Games Magazine takes a first look at the massively multiplayer game The Matrix Online. Below are some phrases from the official website, which are clearly a clever piece of marketing, but I suggest you go read the full article in the magazine to get a more unbiased look. It's great that it's coming closer! I'm still very excited about the game... Just a few months then...

Turn On, Jack In, Drop Out
Cover Story: Previously shrouded in secrecy, The Matrix Online finally emerges from the offices of Monolith Productions. Will gamers take the red pill and enter its massively-multiplayer world?
By Steve Bauman

"The city environment looks perfect, which is to say it looks just like the movies. It has the same color palette, the same gritty look..."

"...Combat does look awfully cool. Theres a combination of kung fu, weapons combat, and hacker effects..."

"With thousands of players potentially dictating the direction of the story, who knows how it will end?"
